Another YouTuber named Mini Ember criticizes KuroTrash with this comment: "Then why does his post mention about respecting the rights of third parties? Porting Rin and Flower into RVC then UTAU is not respecting the rights at all."

NEO 2.0

June 27, 2025. Demo neo 2.0 was released using a real human to provide the voice KuroTrash Art Friend(a_l_a_i_m uwur) making an entirely original legal voicebank, but as a unofficial one.

Post aftermath, many song are being cover using the fan made voice bank, with only few original song the biggest example is Pac-Fanatic (feat. Finespunparty, Tentabeat, CalacoChido & Ultraslam)

The only drama is "Banned Everywhere" where reddit user attempt to post about Akita Neru neo in vocaloid or utau community where removed or ban, due to strict anti-piracy rules, even if the voice are entirely legal but a fan-made unofficial.

Neo DiffSinger Project Approval

In early 2026, KuroTrash Art began developing an AI-driven voicebank for Akita Neru utilizing the open-source DiffSinger platform, trained ethically on original, consented vocals. On April 27, 2026, Akita Neru's original creator, Smith Hioka, publicly addressed the project in the xcancel.com. Hioka explicitly stated that he did not oppose the use of AI for fan creations provided they adhered to standard Piapro Character License (PCL) guidelines, formally clarifying: "at this point, I personally do not see a problem with KuroTrash’s DiffSinger version of Neru." KuroTrash Art subsequently provided public evidence of the raw audio data to confirm no commercial or unauthorized samples were used in the training process.

The Diffsinger is trained exclusively on a_l_a_i_m's vocals, and "Smith Hioka" gave a statement, In which state "To start with the conclusion, I do not intend to reject fan creations or attempts at creating voice banks involving Akita Neru simply because “AI is being used.”" with another statement "First, I would like to clarify this: at this point, I personally do not see a problem with KuroTrash’s DiffSinger version of Neru."

Hioka openly admits, as long the voice is provided ethical and consent, then it is ethical and he refuse to ban it, He also refuses to issue a blanket ban on AI just because it's AI.

Not really, Base on a real life model. More like a general scheme of helicopter design in functionality. The creation is not super accurate but for me, this is my second attempt on making a helicopter, and I consider this good job for me.

It weight around like 215kg and produce a total lifting thrust of 2,360 around at 275 block up at the air. This does not sadly have armaments or weapon I wish to add. Also it's not fast but good enough kind of fast.
