Over the last few weeks, I've seen some posts with questions regarding where to read the Light Novel.

## Reading

I highly recommend that you start reading from the very beginning with **Year 1 Volume 1** (not Volume 0).

Also Short Stories aren't necessary to read, but I also suggest that you read them after each Volume.

If you just want to know what is happening after the current Anime Episode (S4E08), then begin with Year 2 Volume 3. Episode 8 covers up to the end of Year 2 Volume 2.

Season 4 covers Year 2 Volume 1–4.5.

I personally use the [SideBooks](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sidebooks/id409777225) App, so that I can read it offline and have the cool side-flipping animation.
