Outlook disappearing messages
Hi there,
for the past month i noticed that my messages/emails are disappearing in Outlook. It doesnt matter what software / device I use. It all pretty much goes as follows:
I receive a popup (notification) that ive received the email. Once I click it I can load it - if its on PC it will open the email up for me. If its on phone its the same.
Once I try to reply it shows an error - all devices. Also the emails disappear and are nowhere to be found.
We have checked with IT for being hacked, for any leaks - tehre is pretty much nothing. There are no rules and everything seems to work perfectly. Only some of the emails disappear and it doesnt matter if its inside or outside the company. Its pretty random to track down even, id say 80% of the stuff that disappears is from outside our company.
Have anyone ever found a fix for this issue? Ive seen all the forums, we just might create a complete MS profile from ground up to save us the time we spent on trying to figure out whats wrong.
Ive tried everything, uninstalling app from iPhone, using only web browser Outlook and it still does the same over and over. Yeah sometimes I catch the email so message the company again and they send it to my personal one, but a lot of times I miss the notification and there is no chance i receive the email or even see it with my own eyes.
