I've been thinking about another angle. What if Brian was getting drugs from one of the girls in that house? Or maybe he was watching one of the girls? Or maybe he was hired to do a clean up gig? Imagine any scenario that put him at the 4 house that AM.. maybe he came to the house for whatever reason & that's why you see him coming.. what if he was in that house for an unrelated reason to murder, saw what was going on, panicked & thats why you see him speed off in a hurry?
