So I just had 2 Client Interview for 2 different roles in a diff industry. One under Real Estate and the other one under Plumbing services.

I already got an offer last night for the plumbing industry, but I’m also waiting for the offer under the Real Estate kasi gustong gusto ko talaga makapasok sa field na yon since in demand rin sya and malawak yung industry. But the main twist is, I already received the offer last night for the plumbing admin role and wants me to start asap this coming monday. So pag tinanggap ko yon and sinign ko na yun contract, edi mawawalan ako ng chance sa Real Estate position na gusto ko??? Kasi by tuesday pa raw malalaman yung result ko sa CI which was an hour ago. Malalaman rin ata pag inupdate yung job profile mo sakanila eventually na I was selected for another role under their agency. Nahihirapan tuloy ako! Pareho din okay yung tasks. I also have a full time job right now na under AU timezone from a different company na ayoko bitawan agad agad kasi may contract yun so safe ako compared sa BW na anytime ata pwede ka alisin pag ayaw na ni client based from the reviews here in Reddit. Eh tong 2 roles sa BW, 2 diff timezone rin. UK client yong isa. Yung sa Real Estate, US client naman 😭🤌🏻

Pinagdasal ko ’tong company na to last year kaso sabay naman agad. Thank you Lord parin diba! Pandesal lang hiningi ko eh, naging burger pa ahahahaha

Sa salary naman — mas angat si Plumbing which is UK client.

Yung sa Real Estate, mejo mababa ng 10-12k compared sa uk. Nakipag negotiate ako kanina kung pwede taasan ng konti or kahit mapantayan man lang. If maimpress saken may possibility siguro na ibigay yung gusto kong rate. Hopefully.

Ano kaya pwede ko sabihin dun sa recruiter na may JO na? Keri ba if sabihan ko sila na give me ample time to think or review whatever? Or baka maligwak ako bigla? NEED ADVISE PO TALAGA PLS, SA MGA EXPERIENCE NYO WITH BW 🫶🏻
