I hear this grinding sound when my car is climbing steep slopes. What is this?

Car is Punch AMT and brakes were not applied when this was recorded.

BTW this was a slippery surface(tiles). So, it might be slight wheelspin.

I hope this is not clutch slip or something.

Is this something to be concerned about or something to avoid?
