THOR has been done dirty
I think they call it "nerfing" when a character is de-powered.
The only moment that seemed like the Thor I love from the comics is the awesome "Thor Enters Wakanda" scene-stealing moment from Infinity War. And then he puts that axe in Thanos' chest!
I was a cheering maniac!
Things Thor can do that he cannot do in the movies:
Summon the Bifrost on his own.
Travel between locations.
Stand toe-to-toe with The Hulk.
Use storms to move objects through time.
He is so powerful that when Galactus needed energy to survive..... Reed Richards needed Thor to power Galactus back up.
Moved Asgard to Earth
Overcame the Silver Surfer
Turned Iron Man's armor into a powerless prison for Tony.
That's just what I can remember.
Don't get me started on Odin.
He was supremely powerful.
