I had received an email stating that network upgrades in my area starting on Monday and they did but the email also stated that it would take a day. It is now day 4 without internet and even when it’s on it is trash. $14 in credits does not cover this and I would appreciate a tech looking into it. Thanks so much!
Hey all, I received the network upgrade today according to the email I received. My service was off all day so I was getting anxious to try out the faster speeds. Welp, my service came back on and to my surprise my speeds have not changed at all. 1200 mbps down and 39 up. I have the cm3000 modem and rs300 router so both are fully capable and compatible with Xfinity. If I could get a tech to check it out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
