Don't be silent if you don't like it. Or how to get your position across to Sony?

TLDR: I have posted this at r/playstation and r/ps5 today but it’s been deleted despite the upvotes. I post it here with a hope to get higher attention and probably some assistance in getting officials emails so I would be able to address my concern

I believe Sony's decision to abandon physical media wasn't spontaneous. They've been working toward this for some time, guided by various observations, sales statistics, consumer behavior, and a host of other factors. But that doesn't make it the right decision, even if it was well-considered. You might say that Sony is a corporation driven by business goals, and the opinions of a handful of collectors or those who are more accustomed to and comfortable with the physical format are irrelevant, and you might be right. But it's the people who make Sony a corporation, so everyone's opinion matters.

I know that the most effective way to express your dissatisfaction is to vote with your wallet. And if Sony sticks to its decision to abandon physical media, there's a good chance that the current generation of their console will be my last. At the same time, I want to make my position known now, when there's still even a small chance of change.

I want to write a long, detailed letter to Sony, justifying my position and urging them to reconsider. Where should I address it? Not tech support, which automatically answers trivial questions, but rather the decision-makers?
