Libernovo Omni Chair from China to Canada – How Much Would DDP Shipping Cost for a 32kg Package?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking into buying a Libernovo Omni chair. It costs around $1,400 CAD + tax here in Canada, but I can get a brand-new one directly from China for around $600 CAD.

The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how much it would cost to ship it to Canada using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by boat. The packaging weighs around 32 kg.

For anyone who has experience importing items from China to Canada, how much would I roughly expect to pay for DDP shipping for a package this size?

I'd also really appreciate recommendations for reliable, highly rated freight forwarders that offer reasonable pricing from China to Canada.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Travelling domestically with 3 mini PCs in checked baggage – anyone done this?

Hi everyone,

I'm travelling on a domestic flight soon and wanted to hear about your experiences with putting 3 mini PCs in checked luggage.

I don't have the original boxes, but I can wrap them well with bubble wrap and clothing for protection. Unfortunately, I can't put them in my carry-on or personal item because I'll already be carrying 2 laptops.

Has anyone done this before? Did you have any issues with security screening?

I'd really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thanks!

5800X3D (DDR4) vs. i5-13600K (DDR5). Which one should I keep?

Hey guys,

I have two complete setups right now and I'm trying to decide which one to keep and which one to sell. I did a quick search online, but I'd love to get some opinions from Reddit before making a move.

Here’s the situation:

• My main PC right now is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 32GB DDR4.

• I just got an Intel i5-13600K with 32GB DDR5 setup from work.

Whichever system I end up keeping will be paired with my RTX 5070 Ti.

The setup will be mainly use for productivity and maybe 25%-30% gaming. which one do you think I should keep?

Appreciate any advice!
