Will Aonishiki get a new Ozeki promotion ceremony or not ?

I didn't pay attention when Toshinoshin got his rank back by getting 10 wins, but does a demoted ozeki getting his rank back have to attend a new ceremony (the one where the promotion is announced and they bow to each other)

There is a new ceremony for demoted ozeki who rise back through winning 33 matches in 3 bashos again (see Kirishima and Terunofuji) but I don't know about the 10 victories special case ?

At what point does Seiun Sky become obsolete as a parent ? (if ever)

Currently trying to raise a 9* stam Sky parent, is there a point where A&S will be obsolete, other than super specific races where all the end race happens on the final straight ?

Edit: well the answers all seem to show that she's here to stay, so I'll keep on trying. Thanks.

Random parent run ended up as a pretty decent ace for Leo, opinions ?

I haven't even checked what the optimal skills are (notably, is NSM even a valid choice ), I just threw a 2 speed 4 wit deck to check for range and ended up with this. The turf+sprintS+summer runner is why I'm asking, I might just go with her as an ace. (My standard is 100% reaching A finals and 99% getting demolished there, only won 1st cancer cup)

Examined my Kelliher explorer to answer a question in another post, so might as well snap a pic.

I haven't played it for years, since I pulled it out of storage I'll put it in the rotation for a few months. AFAIK a 400 pieces production.
