Violently jerking and slowing going up hill, batterie(s)?
2013 Club Car Precedent 48V
Six 8V 2024 Trojan T-875 lead acid batteries
Drives completely fine on flat road
Whole cart in sequence - drops to 39V going up hill
Tested each battery individually - first in sequence drops to 3-4V going up hill. All others say 7-9V.
Obviously (maybe?) a bad battery. Would this cause the whole cart to jerk like that though? Started with first going extremely slow up hill then the jerking. Or maybe wiring issue as well?
If it is as simple as a bad battery, is it worth changing out the one? Or is this an opportunity to upgrade to lithium? I don’t want to spend that kind of money If that’s not the actual issue. Looking for input, thanks!
