Just called my endodontist to follow up on care plan he'd done earlier. General dentist recommended two root canals be done. Had one done by this endodontist in Dec. Called to schedule second tooth today and was told I'd need to pay another consultation fee because it had been 5 months. There were already fees that my insurance company didn't pay from before. Seems like dentists visits are in the thousands now, not hundreds any more. Was told that since they weren't originally included on Medicare they have to charge so much more.
