I'm planning to start studying for REG starting the beginning of June, and I know that the OBBBA updates take effect starting July 1. I've been seeing so many people recommending to take the REG before that change; is the change really that bad? I have no tax/audit background (I'm actually a college student). If it isn't a big change, I think it'd be ideal for me to start studying in June, take the exam start or mid August,

Approximately how many extra hours would I have to put into my studying for this new change? And also, would it be inefficient for me to study on Becker starting June (since Becker updates take place prob late June) and then restudying/supplementing some material after the updates?
