everything's been going great up until this evening - been super easy so far but tonight i'm having sharp abdominal pain. pretty sure it's just gas but anyone else have this happen?
observations from day 5, i'm going 40!
day 2 was the hardest. the last couple days have felt easy. i drink green juice and fruit juice during the day and have a savory juice at night. i have so much energy from 5am-7pm. i'm sleeping great but only 6.5-7 hours but wake up excited for the day. i bringing 2 juices everywhere. i went to a friends house for a dinner party and brought my dinner juice. i have lost 5 lbs. the prep work is the most time consuming part. i need to get into a system of what to buy at the grocery to last me all week.
