【UNO INFINITY】Ver 3.0 ACTION CARD

I actually already built all these new features into Version 2.0, and have playtested over 30 games with friends. But since the content got so massive, I decided to release this as a separate update alongside Ver2.0.

The core gameplay logic is adapted from the official UNO “ELITE” concept. I found it really interesting, so I reworked it to fit my custom rules. Every special effect from the original game is now split across the new Action Cards, and each card has 1–2 unique abilities that you activate using color and/or number matches:

  • Some Action Cards only require a color match to use.
  • More powerful ones need both color and number matches to trigger.

The art for the Action Number Cards was redrawn with inspiration from UNO GOLF — I’ve always loved that set’s clean, modern number design, and this also helps visually distinguish them from regular number cards.

There’s only one copy of each Action Number Card in the deck.

For this update, I’ve put all the rules and play examples directly into the images, so you can follow along without jumping back and forth between text and previews.

This new version has only been playtested for about 30 games, so it still needs a lot more rounds to balance fairness, refine card effects, and cut or tweak underpowered/overpowered cards.

That said, the live swing moments when you use an Action Card to completely reverse the game are chef’s kiss — the chaos and excitement are off the charts.

UNO INFINITY Ver 2.0

After months of iteration and over 200 playtest rounds with friends, my custom card game has been fully revised — with repeated optimization, content trimming, and artwork redrawing. The Version 2 is now officially released.

P2: The core underlying logic of the card tier system, along with its corresponding scoring rules.
In addition, each card features a capsule tooltip that indicates usage restrictions and special effects.

P3: Full card artwork redrawn.
Every card is assigned a unique ID number, used to track elimination records and match-winning statistics.
Effect instructions and usage rules are marked at the top of each card.
New players who already know basic UNO rules can get started instantly, without memorizing every card’s function separately.

P4: Complete collection of all action cards, totaling 105 cards.
Though the quantity looks large and overwhelming, all cards are well categorized with clear logic.

P5: Systematic classification of all action cards with a clear hierarchical structure.
You can easily understand and master the classification just by reading through a few times.

P6: Full overview of all equipment cards.

P7: Category breakdown of all equipment cards.

New action cards, equipment mechanics and gameplay rules will be updated irregularly in the future.
