Nest thermostat freezing

I bought a nest thermostat from Amazon. I cant see a model number but it cost around 150$, its around 120$ now. I bought it for my beach home so I can control the temp remotely. We would end up finding thr home too hot or too cold with the old thermostat since nobody was there to adjust it. I thought this was the solution. This thermostat has been stuck twice now. The first time we were there and we had to reset it manually, rip it out and put it back in. The second time had to pay someone to go there because the temp was 90 degrees inside. Is this poor installation, are Nest thermostats prone to this. Is there a model that's robust. I plan on taking this unit in my home since we can reset it if it were to happen again

I'm curious, if you apply henna right away, without letting it sit for 8 hurs, do you get the same strengthening effect withut as much color. Googling keeps giving me mixed answers.

I was a henna user for 10+ years, did henna and indigo, and my hair was shiny and felt full. Then I got more grays that henna cant cover. I am dying my hair with permanent color rifht now and have added a few babylights in the front to help transition the period in between dyes because the greys stick out too much in dark hair. How much can amla neutralize the orange of henna. I want to be able to continue doing some babylights continuisly, and adding indigo would complicate that. My current color is a level 4 and the babylights are a 5/6. I prefer ashy tones but I realize that some red/orange will always be there
