DO NOT BUY FROM goPETL COMPANY!!!!  Horrible service, never received item and still paid.  They have said the same thing over and over again.  When I told you guys that I would go to my bank not one was going told about not qualifying for a refund.

I understand English and up to know I was never told anything about refund.

I have paid for the item in full and still have not received it.

I have requested full refund with you several times.  

I want my money back.
