iPhone Tech Help

My aging parents live in Taos and they need someone to help them back up phone data (like videos and photos) onto an external drive. They also have trouble understanding where some photo and video files have gone, believing they were just wiped, when it might be a setting. My mom told me that the guys at Electric Sheep won't help with phones at all by policy, so I'm wondering if there's anyone else who can help them with these pretty basic things. They're both Peru sharp, mid 70s, but still need some help with their tech. Any ideas, Taos community?

Nerve Block Without Insurance

I've had ON for a little over 5 years, and incidentally, I had to give up my Medicaid in January. Does anyone know the steps to getting a nerve block, without insurance? I pay $125 to see my primary care doctor, so I'm trying to keep the cost down. Do I need to pay for a consultation first? Can my Primary Care doctor give me a referral? What is a normal out of pocket cost?

Salon Recommendation

Looking for a new spot to start getting my hair done again, after not going to any salon since 2015 when the stylist ruined my hair. My hair is pretty long, straight, and would be all grey if I had let it grow out. I've done my own cut/dye for 11yrs, but I am just tired. The cut doesn't lay right anymore, layers are off, and the greys are coming in strong. The color has faded out. I want a single process color, no dimension, and a good cut. I'm overwhelmed with the costs and so many services, and mostly think this should be an easy one, as I have no desire for balayage, multiple color dimensions, or highlights. Do I need to pay more because I'm coloring over grey? Do I just need to set aside $400-600 to be sure I won't be traumatized again? Do I legit just go to Supercuts or something? Plz help, ladies!
