Delivery guy misbehaved with my family
Ordered Puma shoes, open box delivery as usual, got a message that I’ll receive the package today.
I went to office and I was expecting my mother in law to take the delivery. I shared OTP and instructions on open box delivery before leaving home.
Delivery guy comes, asks for last 4 digits of my phone. Then demands OTP from my MIL. She calls me in panic, meanwhile the guy was yelling at her (I could hear all this on phone) saying that we’re delaying his job, we can return later if there’s any issue. We just wanted to open the box, check if any damage and confirm that we received the right size. It takes 2 mins to finish the job. Instead, this low life misbehaved (yanked the box of my MIL hands), mumbled some garbage, threw the box on the floor after my MIL shared the OTP and left.
Called Flipkart support, they were of no use as usual. I don’t want let this go and want to teach this guy a lesson. Any suggestions?
