Hello scavs, i need help, i went to hunt down a mother courage to get its head, to finally complete A paid to be cost, and the game just won't let me take it with a message "You do not have an active quest for this part, or you already have this part", so to be clear, i have completed the octogirl and bunco's quest, and the last line of octogirl's dialogue is for me to go collect the head, yet the game WON'T LET ME! I ALREADY KILLED 5 MOTHERS AND ALWAYS THE SAME THING!

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this? I also have the innards full upgraded
