Should I send the email?

I just came back from Chemist Warehouse after another bad customer experience compliments of Gen Z.

Two staff were filming reels in the aisle, I was behind them and could’ve been in the video so I went around the other way and when I re entered the aisle they had swapped places and were filming in my direction again so I left. One of them said ‘we should stop so we don’t get fired’ so they aren’t completely oblivious.

Last time I went at the same time four of them were talking loudly about sex, verbatim quote ‘I don’t know which guy I’m sleeping with made my pussy sore’ and ‘if you’re not bleeding don’t worry about it babe’ - no regard for customers. It’s gross.

My apprehension is I don’t like having a negative impact on anyone but also think they should get feedback so they’re more mindful next time. Should I send it? I’m not trying to get them fired I want them spoken to so they can I dunno develop a minimum level of work ethic!

I’ve tried so many. Rimmel brow this way is okay but I want something lighter and I like a dry pencil, the wet ones are too thick and sticky and don’t last.

Any recommendations?
