In a 27 year old man who lost his parents as a teenager

I never gave myself a chance to grieve because it felt like it got in the way of every one of my ambitions

Including academic and work obligations

Can anyone relate? I'm currently in the process of leaving my job and funny enough this time around last year my manager never let me take time off for grief

I chose myself this time around and using my sick days for my mental health before leaving.

I used to hold everything in and become angry at everybody

Now I just.....cry?

It all feels weird
