Team with higher rep count?
Curious if there’s a team that often programs 2-3 sets of an exercise with a higher rep count? I workout from home and am limited in dumbbell weight - finding I’m likely needing to increase weight but cannot.
Currently on Align and add in reps or sets to exercises to help with progressive overload but not sure if that’s even correct. I was wondering if there’s a team that already programs with higher rep count or if I should continue with Align and adding in reps/sets.
Any advice is appreciated, I’m a beginner and only have been with the app one year.
