I signed on for an apartment and moved in last December. Rent was $2400. Cheapest rent for an identical unit is now $3000. I won’t be able to stay if that’s the increase I’m looking at. Even $2700 would be difficult and not worth it.

We need rent increase limits here!

Or any other software for dividing assets and modeling financial scenarios? There’s an individual version. Most of the software is for lawyers and CDFAs.

We would ofcourse run everything through the professionals for the agreement, but I’d like to do some of the modeling on my own to start.
