It's been 4 days since i started taking pristiq insomnia hitting hard , no appetite , feeling dull and depressed more

does this really work ? Emotinally numb , no thoughts which I don't like that feeling earlier i used to have full of ideas , thoughts for conversations now nothing it's like brain fog.
