Can i get rvce at 97.242%tile jee mains, and advance 15k rank

I had 98%tile in mains getting dtu cse , 10k rank crl in advance I am obc so i can get lower branch in tier 1 iits and cs in tier 3 iits , in which case dtu cs seems better then that. And i am not getting nit trichy surathkhal cs, nit even top iiit cs getting lower colleges, I am from pune so family is concerned about pollution and all but i am looking for packages. Like I am getting total fee 20 lakh including living, fees and . Like it's similar to iiit fees and maybe little more then nit. I am really confused where to go can someone help me 🙏 iit nit dtu iiit, aur mujhe coep vjti me cs bhi mil raha hai cet se.
