Elarigu Namaskara!

I’m looking for someone who can teach me acoustic guitar online. I’m a beginner and would like to learn from scratch.

If you teach guitar or know someone who offers online classes, please let me know:

• How the classes are conducted
• The fees you charge (per class or monthly)
• The number of classes per week

Please feel free to DM me.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on how to recover money from a broker who is now refusing to return it.

I paid ₹50,000 as an advance to a broker for a plot he was showing me. This was based on trust because my father-in-law’s friend had purchased plots from him and said it was safe. Now when I checked with that friend he is asking us to forget about the 50k as it's a small amount according to him. Please help!

However:

• The broker did not provide the required property documents
• The deal did not go forward
• He agreed (on call recording) to return the money
• Now he is not responding to calls and avoiding me

I have:

• ✅ Proof of payment
• ✅ Call recording where he agrees to return the money
