Is it just me or has anyone else drawn these parallels

Maybe I’m paranoid, but… have you noticed around the 1990s-2000s when Epstein and his ring influenced mainstream entertainment - it increasingly started portraying children as unusually adult while often portraying adults as incompetent, naïve, morally inconsistent, or unnecessary. Given what we know about how repeated media exposure can influence attitudes and behavior, I think that parallel is worth noticing, and it’s weird that it’s an ongoing trope - even as a kid watching the movies - the idea was cringy, but now as an adult it also seems skeevy when I draw those parallels… IDK…
Is it just me?
Am I just paranoid

AITAH house chores and moving in together

Here’s the deal - my partner moved in with their 3 dogs and I don’t own any - for good reason. I like dogs fine but the responsibility of them genuinely drains me - I don’t get any affection I need from them or pets in general and I just get irritated when my house is a wreck.
Even so I’m a very team oriented person - prior service and firefighter - I’m all for working towards keeping a clean house so I offered to help from time to time.
You know - time to time when I wasn’t going to get strained or stressed out by the act of cleaning urine off my floor - if I see their bowls go empty maybe a few things a week here and there to lighten the burden
Here’s the deal this 1 dog specifically is a puppy and pees on the floor 0 fucks given often. I have washed the place multiple times with enzyme remover put her face in the urine and popped her etc. you know a bit more than a bit of help here and there
Which I was okay with until I strained my wrist and saw literally 0 aid with my responsibilities.
I like a clean kitchen like I HATE roaches HATE flies DESPISE gnats. My partner knows this. When they moved in I had a clean kitchen display not a dirty dish in the house a neat bathroom a tidy bedroom etc.
Me thinking “oh I’m busted up good” asked my partner to help me and they agreed. I literally watched the dishes pile into a mountain and scrubbed them myself cause they refuse to do them multiple times. In the middle of this they told me I need to take the dogs out twice a day which well oversteps my threshold of where felt I could help to.
I set a boundary where whoever cooks doesn’t have to do dishes. Cause they aren’t fun and it rewards initiative “I chose to cook - you got the dishes” type deal said it as they moved in. Because they were tired when they moved in I decided to do the dishes myself after cooking them a dinner - but a 1 off event is now an endless cycle and the worst part when they cook I STILL am the one doing dishes.
They complained about literally 2 empty bottles on our dresser while I’m literally cooking dinner and cleaning a weeks worth of dishes now that I’m off work - have time and my wrist hurts less - but they complained about trash being in the room. So I got snappy I was just trying to get them to take their food and go. Instead they got sad and refusing to eat and honestly I’m just exhausted.
I’m exhausted that my clean and disease free house (a bit cluttered cause I leave things out so I don’t forget them \[ADHD life hack\] but no rotten food - no dirty dishes - and low hassle living strategy is so thrown off because they don’t carry their weight. I have flies - gnats - and fricken roaches coming from the neighbors and I feel used and it’s irritating and I keep getting irritated because I can see evidence of their filthy lifestyle. (IE I dont use the bedroom’s bathroom at all) only use it to hold meds. Recently learned they were using it and it has poop stains on the toilet they didn’t have the common decency to clean it.
Maybe I’m a neat freak but this is my apartment and I want my security deposit back and the filth may jeopardize that. might be overboard for getting so frustrated but honestly just feel the effort to maintain the place is 1 sided while they demand I take on even more responsibilities while taking on none extra themselves.
So now they are outside going hungry. I didn’t eat. They didn’t eat and I’m genuinely okay never eating in the house or cooking ever again. We can starve in about to start cleaning dishes by throwing them away.
So AITAH
