No Support from JLAB- felt cheated

u/JLab_Jared Ive purchase jlab epic party speaker and was having issues with it for which i raised complaint but no one from jlab seem to be interested in resolving the query...Product definitely states 2 year warranty but what is the use of warranty when the company don't respond! Its just their Ai support responding that your issue is escalated and then no one cares...it seems there's no one personally handling the customer care.

Posted on reddit too hoping to get their attention, they responded here but nothing on mail...The process is still stuck on 1st stage!....Really disappointing and frustrating experience.
