Hello, fellow Rat players. When do you usually finish your attack speed boots? On the first recall? When you can't afford a BF Sword? Or after your first item?

Do you usually build Cull for her? If so, when and why?

We always talk a lot about Zeri's first item, but what do you guys build as a second item? I think Runaan's is better, but can Fiendhunter Bolts also be valuable in some games? And what about boots? Do you go for lifesteal or attack speed? (Sorry for my English; it's not my native language.)
