Adidas World Cup match-used ball giveaway issue
Hi everyone, I need some advice. I won an Adidas giveaway for a match-used ball from the Argentina vs Switzerland game during the 2026 World Cup. I received the winner notification in the Adidas app, but I never got a confirmation email, order number, or shipping details.
I contacted Adidas and they told me they cannot find an official order in their system and cannot guarantee the prize will be delivered.
Has anyone won an Adidas giveaway before? Is this normal, or should I assume something went wrong?
