I’m reading reviews on Glassdoor about Gong. Is it really that bad?

People are saying don’t apply here. Pay sucks.

I’m curious how y’all are displaying value to Customers right now about AI tools. Our company just created a connection with ChatGPT and I’m trying to display the value of it but having some gaps. Customers know a lot about it already so going over things they know about it and also not showing things that are for their benefit. These are net new accounts btw.

Curious to hear how some of how are being successful here. SMB, mid market but especially enterprise.

Does anyone else’s leadership take forever to approve quotes?

I created a quote on thurs, gave it to leadership, billing needed to approve and it’s Tuesday and the quote is still not approved and now I’m at risk of this deal not closing this month.

Do people go through this?

How do you expedite these approvals? I’ve done everything through slack and providing more than enough details. What should I do?
