Day Planer with Notification
Hello, dear community. I need help bringing an idea to life.
I’d like to create a daily planner in Obsidian.
In my vault, I have a folder named “Tasks.” I store my tasks and appointments in this folder.
An entry looks like this:
- [ ] Test 📅 2026-06-17 🕐 3:00 PM
I want to receive a notification at the specified time and date. I use Obsidian on an iPhone. Of course, I’ve already Googled it myself and tried the AI. But so far, the only results I’ve found are apps that cost money every month.
It doesn’t need to sync with my calendar. I just want to get a notification when a task I’ve created in Obsidian is due. And I’d prefer either affordable apps that you buy once or, ideally, free ones.
Can you please help me with this?

When I select the USB drive as the recording folder in the TiviMate settings, I keep getting the message
“Error changing recording folder”

Hi, mein Name ist Steven, ich bin 37 Jahre alt, komme aus Sachen Anhalt und bin schizoid.
Mein Leben ist sehr widersprüchlich. Einerseits genieße ich es, alleine zu sein, doch ein Teil von mir hasst diese Einsamkeit. Zwei verschiedene Welten, die sich bekriegen. Ich bin bei weitem kein einfacher Mensch. Innerhalb von Sekunden kann meine gute Laune zu einer depressiven Episode wechseln. In solch einer Phase ziehe ich mich komplett zurück, will nur für mich sein, obwohl ich weiß, dass dieses Zurückziehen nur dazu führt, dass ich noch mehr darüber nachdenke, weshalb ich so bin, wie ich bin, und dadurch werden die Selbstzweifel noch bestärkt.
Manchmal habe ich den Gedanken, gerne Freunde haben zu wollen, jedoch habe ich auch Angst davor, denn ich glaube, nur wenige Menschen können verstehen, was in meinem Kopf vorgeht. Einen Freundeskreis so aufzubauen wird natürlich sehr schwer. Dennoch möchte ich es versuchen.
Meine Hobbys sind:
- Fahrrad fahren
- Filme/Serien gucken
- Musik hören
- ... wenn Motivation da ist, schreibe ich gerne
