New player here: need maximum budget commander jank

so I’m not necessarily a new players so much as ive just never played paper MTG. I already play YGO and Ive played enough arena and know enough about mechanics to know basically how the game works, and as a YGO player, I’ve gotten used to hella complex bs so no matter how crazy the cards are, I’ll understand what they do individually. if anyone has any crazy super budget lists (whether it’s like $30 or $50 for a super budget half-meta list or like a comically bad $5 list (I know ten cent cards exist, so I know it’s technically possible, just insanely terrible) I’d love to hear it. I get stuff off tcgplayer and I’m not looking to spend too much on anything for my first time, just something relatively playable for a Saturday to kick it. I’d just need someone to explain to me in basic terms the goal of the deck 😅 like Edric rampimg for crazy card advantage and such. also I like card advantage bs, I like Edric. if someone has an Edric list ily forever.

I love Ennea so much and this feels like such a balanced support card that give it that little extra push

the idea is that it be ashable so there’s a direct ash target (since otherwise it’s just on reverth or a nugget) and fuwalos isn’t dead either. it can’t get you started, but if you hard brick then you can have something by setting spells in the scales. also, helps going second if the opponent decides to set random things in the scales, which might help the imperm game if Ennea is meta and people play it as a tec. for imperm to hit scales, it has to be in a scale, which can allow for another ennea to special off Rapture. also, it just feels fun.
