Seeing Double Images With Viture Luma Ultra But Have Low IPD

Bought a pair of Luma Ultra‘s about a week ago, love everything about it except for the fact i keep seeing two images instead of one concrete image.

I just got prescription lenses for astigmatism thinking this would help (the diopters on the glasses actually did a great job for the tiny bit of myopia i have) but the two image issue is still present.

I’ve done the things people have suggested (zeroing out the diopters, using different nose pads, clicking the frames to different positions, etc) and nothing works.

I’m also confident my unit isn’t defective because my girlfriend has used it and reported a fantastic, perfect image. She too, wears glasses and contacts.

I’ve heard that since my IPD is below 60 (different tests have shown around 58.5 on average) this could be the culprit. Is that really true? That’s massively disheartening. I’m not even sure if the little slip on custom inserts Viture can do would help rectify that. At this point, I’m just looking for ANY ar glasses whatsoever that be used, (maybe even some other one in their product lineup) but I really like these Viture ones in every way other than this very specific issue.

Can anyone offer any advice? I’m not sure customer service can help, but I’m literally out of answers and I feel like I’ve researched the issue plenty :(
