SteamOS - What does work and what doesnt work on the Go 2 ?

Maybe it's time to go SteamOS, tested it some time ago and these were the issues

The brightness slider is fix-able with a script (however sometimes it just blast at full brightness when going from desktop to big picture mode for some reason)

I also found out that VRR is very random, starting at 33 fps and lower the screen flickers, maybe that's an issue on my side ?

Connecting 16:9 monitor makes the content presents at 16:10 (letterboxing), that's something I'm not seeing in Bazzite, everything scale automatically

As for HDR, no idea, what's the current state of HDR on SteamOS ?

I just want to install SteamOS and be good with it, I dont want the hassle of reinstalling everything when the official steamos update will drop

Surreal to think that we can play Twilight Princess at 144fps

Playing it on a Legion Go 2, only despicable thing is the HUD button placement that doesnt fit the modern ABXY format (hopefully someone will figure out a mod to properly place the HUD).

It's surreal to play this game at high framerate 1200p with WiiU's version texture pack, gyro aiming, anyway, it's still the best Zelda to me, the items, dungeons and overall ambiance is still unique on this Zelda. Truely loving replaying this game once again.

I tried to lower the framerate limit to 30 and man it's something else, we're quickly get used to the high framerate.

PSA : On AMD handhelds at least, you get constant 144fps on the Go2 using Linux, on Windows I got constant dips for absolutely no reasons even at full TDP.

First time taking a commercial airline today, the flight was 1 hour.

I was just anxious about some stuffs (first time things), and then came the takeoff.

It was horrible, that feeling of your body not understanding the sudden acceleration and the lift off, and then the stabilisation, awful feeling, it was like being in a rollercoaster, like falling off, friends told me it's like an accelerating car, but I never experienced such case.

The landing was smooth however, except when the plane had to manoever, it had to go upward, and the g force applied again.

I need to take the plane to return home, however now I have this super awful stress just rethinking about the takeoff.
