Gym Refugee, struggling to find a "bro" split.
Hey all,
I'm completely new to kettlebell training.
I'm a pretty intermediate gym goer, but want to move over to at-home kettlebell training.
I bought 2x 12-32kg adjustable kettlebells, and I'm struggling to find a routine I like.
I'm looking for something a bit "bro" - decent amount with kettlebell movements, but still plenty of isolation work for shoulders, arms, etc.
I looked in the wiki, but they all seem to be heavily based on ONLY kettlebell movements, and gated behind books/subscriptions. Plenty of the names put me off too, they're all like:
- HOW TO SURVIVE A CAR CRASH
- BULLETPROOFING YOUR BODY AGAINST 9MM BULLETS (KETTLEBELL EDITION)
- HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST AND INSTANT (PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION).
- ADOLESCENT GUIDE ON BECOMING A MAN (THE GIRTHENING)
I just want to lift a few kettlebells, and hit arms/shoulders once in a while.
Open to all advice.
Thanks all.
Edit: Anything free? That I don't have to pay half the cost of my kettlebells for? :D
