Found phone trying to return to owner

Found this phone lying on the ground on Manning blvd, trying to return to owner. Trying to post here to find them if, no one is able to verify/claim it. I will drop it off Albany police station 165 Henry Johnson Blvd.

EDIT UPDATE: PHONE RETURNED! They called and we were able to reconnect them
