I'm a first year student and I'm confused. My eBill Suite shows a "Term Balance Including Estimated Aid" of $38,959, but my Self-Service Banner Financial Aid offer shows that I get 39k in grants for the fall semester. Shouldn't my financial aid cover the cost shown in eBill Suite?

I feel like it's be bc my financial aid hasn't been disbursed yet but idk why it hasn't since I submitted my offer in Banner and finish everything on the financial aid checklist back in june.

Does anyone else have a similar problem?
