Okay so currently in my DRP and got to know that a regular patient of ours has passed away today, He was admitted some 5-6 time during the whole last year and literally became our friend.

So he is an old gentleman, ISRO scientists in 80s and he had recurrent CVAs and AF episodes because of which he was put on anti coags and anti platelets but secondary to that he had Bad GI bleed leading to repeated anemia, whenever we try to come down on blood thinners he used to have TIAs and whenever we used to increase it he used to have anemia and thus he got admitted multiple times. He was the first person after my break up to say ily 😭.

He was always this positive person giving everyone blessings but at the same time he was tired of his life and wanted to go and indeed that day came currently he had a Stroke again out of window period, was in ICU for some time intubated but he didn’t make out this time. Sad because I was not able to meet him for the one last time.
