Couple months ago I posted on this sub regarding on seeking a pair of Brodiriza because I really want it to be my wedding shoes. Unfortunately Louboutin doesn’t make them anymore and I’m not a big fan of the Miss Z collection.
I even rushed to get a pair off chalky white Irzia as my backup shoe in case I never be able to find a pair of Brodiriza.
Well the search is OVER!
I found a pair that is not in so good of condition because of its was store improperly in HK’s humidity. But somehow my dry cleaner was able to remove most of the yellowing and restore the shoe largely to an acceptable stage.
I now have two pairs of bridal shoes. I might not wear the chalky white Irzia anymore if everything goes to plan. If anyone is interested for the chalky white pair after June please lemme know! It is still brand new in the box.

So I ordered my fiancé’s suit and his groomsmen suit on Azazie about a month ago and it was supposedly delivered. I got an email says it was delivered and I ran out to try to retrieve my package. But nothing.
I check FedEx’s tracking portal and it says no signature required, and it was delivered to the front door. Other than it was not my front door, nor my neighbours. So I frantically ran up and down my street trying to find my package as it is worth $800 and we are also running out of time to reorder.
I called FedEx, they traced the steps and they admitted it was misdeliver as it was delivered to somewhere else. They said they are going to try to retrieve the package and asked me to hang tight.
So couple days has passed. They can’t find it anymore.
I emailed Azazie, they said they are not responsible to lost or stolen packages once it left their warehouse, and asked me to file a claim with FedEx. Which I did. But FedEx wants the seller to file the claim since they are the one who insures it.
What baffles me is that why isn’t signature required for such expensive package. They just dumped it somewhere and no question was asked…
What could I do for the next step. Has anyone experienced similar.

So back in December I ordered some try on dress. It was also said delivered but nowhere to be found. Turns out the UPS driver just clicked delivered but didn’t actually delivered. But at least in that case he still has the dresses. So he was told to circled back and dropped over $1000 worth of merchandise by my gate and drove away…
