My cat with red urine (Ace). Today update

So he was cuddly, drink, ate and even played with new toy I got him after vet visit yesterday. At night he got his first pill and ate it in wet food without issue.
I’m at work and my mom is home with him. She woke up earlier than usually and everyone got breakfast early. Only Ace didn’t eat his with medication in it and went sleep. She saw him drink today, so at first we thought he is tired from yesterday. She tried again later, nothing. I suggested to give him a little bit of wet food without his medication, still nothing.
Later she saw him sitting next to water bowl for a few minutes. He tried to drink but it seems he couldn’t. After a while he went to another drinking bowl, nothing.
In a mean time I called vet and scheduled visit for today. Thankfully my boyfriend got of work early today and is on the way to get him to the vet form me. Today it’s EMERGENCY-NOW.
I tried to take half day off (I work 12 hours shifts) and it’s not possible without a large amount of penalty and “A” on my work list (sorry if you don’t understand what I mean by this, english isn’t my first language and I’m not sure how to explain it better).
Send my cat a love. I hope he’ll be alright and make full recovery, that’s all I can do and wish for right now.
Btw do you think my mom should try to give him his pills or let vet decide?

Edit:
Mom tried few different kind of wet food on a spoon, tried to give him the one he licked. She also mixed in morning wet food with the pills (one is powdered and can’t take it out of it).
He ate a bit, that’s a good sign. Still weird for him to decline food and be picky eater. He is able to eat anything and never declined any type of wet food

Second update after blood test - cat with blood with urine

Hello everyone, who is interested in my cat’s health.
We are finally home. He was really good boy, “talked” all the way home when I didn’t put fingers in his carrier. Unfortunately for him I have manual car and I need to shift gears.
Now the update after blood test.
His liver doesn’t process protein and that caused irritation in his bladder and also explain hight level of protein in his urine. He has to take antibiotics for 10 days, pills to supply protein (with “happy” ingredients in it if he is just stressed boy) and one that “calms” urinary track.
After he finish his antibiotics I’ll make an appointment so they can take sample of his urine (it must be fresh so I’m not sure I can take sample like last time).
If the test come back without issues it was probably caused by some kind of infection+ stress.
If they come back with high level of protein we have to change his diet and hope it’ll help.
Thank you everyone who is interested. He loves attention and even though he doesn’t know you care he’ll for sure appreciate it (like me).
Once again thank you I’ll keep you updated.

My cat with red urine. Update from yesterday I got lots of hate from

So I took him to the vet. Luckily I got sample from yesterday and they tested it.
It’s not best but it also isn’t life threatening! Also it’s without crystals.
Probably caused by stress which I have no clue what could cause (no change in his rutine),
He hates when my other male cat just looks at him, other than that he doesn’t do anything to him (I have cameras at home and can check them at night or when I’m at work). Sometimes they even sleep next to each other. And I have both of them for more than 5 years.
Anyway they kept him and would give me update in about 2 hours when they have time to checked him properly.
Thanks to few people who gave me advice and understand my situation and didn’t stressed me about going to the vet immediately.

Vet situation in big city I live hour away by car:
Except about 3 vetER that are 24/7, extremely expensive and just one I would trust there WASN’T any way I could took him to classic vet and make it before closing.
My boyfriend cat had urinary track blockage about year and half ago. This was emergency that couldn’t wait and it costed him twice my monthly salary, which I can’t afford at all.
Since this was emergency that I knew could wait till morning I took him somewhere I know I can afford.
I will update with more info later.

Finally found out which of my cat has red (blood?) urine. It doesn’t smell like cat’s urine. Any advice? Going to vet tomorrow. (TW? Last picture captures male cat genitalia)

Hi, for a few days I wasn’t 100% sure which of my pets it is (for a few days I suspected my female bunny). First colored urine I found was more orange and in “bunny” room (I have two free-room bunny and all of my pets have access to every room) so I cut out food which can change color of urine. Two days ago I found red urine in bathroom, I thought it was strange but my female bunny hop everywhere so I checked her and put more of my attention to her but nothing weird or different. Today I found another red colored urine in hallway and she was in “bunny” room with closed door. I checked one of my male cats (he had health issues before) and noticed a little bit of red, on his fur around his genitals, from peeing.
Hopefully I can go to vet tomorrow. I live near Prague (Czechia) and he already has “card” at “Vetvin”. Or I can take him on Monday. I have to go there with my rat for surgical removal of some kind of cancer lump.
Parking there is so expensive and I need to watch every coin with all existing expenses at the vet with my rat.
I know I shouldn’t wait but if I’m going there anyway I kinda want to save some money on parking.
