Braids or Twists?

Was wondering how those who have started their micros with braids or twists feel about them now and if yall would change yalls decision for the opposite? I think I want to start mine with braids but not entirely sure. Would reties be easier on twists than braids, washing, styling… and so on. Basically just wanted to see some of yalls opinions and pros and cons before fully committing to braids.

Lint Problems?

Hello! I’m a curly natural but have been debating and honestly ready to install some micros. At first the only thing stopping me was the fact that I’m obsessed with my curl pattern but now I’m tired of the wash, detangle, style process. The only thing slowing me down now is lint. My sister has locs, not micros, and comments on the lint at the ends of hers and going to get it dyed. I was wondering if it’s the same for micros/sister locs? Are there ways to prevent lint collecting in your locs as well or is dye the only option?

Do the gold tickets allow us to lvl up dog hobby more? Im lvl 49 but I just want to know if they will give us extra slots for more dogs. I was waiting for a specific one but it took too long then I found a cute one and got it. Now I have 3 which is the max but the dog I was waiting on showed up today 😒 and I feel bad keeping one in boarding.
