Just had my 2.5mg mounjaro delivered today. I'm nervous about actually using it. I tend to be a bit paranoid and think I'll get all the side effects or that it won't work for me at all

My contract states that I am required to give one month’s notice before leaving. However, nobody else in my office has given one month’s notice, including colleagues who have worked here for over a year; they have generally given two weeks’ notice and this has never been an issue. I gave my manager two weeks’ notice, but he has now said that because I have been with the company for over a year, I am required to give one month’s notice.

I am suddenly relocating to another county at the end of the month and cannot remain in the office for the additional two weeks. I have offered to work remotely for the final two weeks or use my annual leave, but my boss - like usual - is ignoring my emails.

Where do I stand legally? particularly regarding my final payment and how this might affect future references?
