Anyone know the best way to claim the contract buyout back from YouFibre?
I’ve had my service installed and want to submit my buyout claim, but I can’t seem to find anywhere on their website to upload it. Do you just send the evidence through live chat, or is there a dedicated email/form that I’ve completely missed?

What router is everyone using with YouFibre?
The connection itself has been brilliant, but I’m really not getting on with the supplied Sagemcom router. Wi-Fi seems a bit hit and miss, some devices don’t always behave properly, and the whole thing just feels a bit… meh.
Before I spend money on something else, I thought I’d see what everyone else is running.
I’ve seen a few people mention the Flint 2 and Flint 3, and I know there were a couple of TP-Link models that seemed popular, but I’ve completely forgotten which ones they were.
Bonus points if it’s currently on a decent Prime Day deal! 😅
Had YouFibre 2000 installed Wednesday and I’m a bit confused by the speeds I’m seeing.
According to the estimate when I signed up, I should be getting a minimum of around 1800Mbps, but speed tests are only showing around 860Mbps down and 850Mbps up.
I’ve tested both over Wi-Fi 6 on an iPhone 16 Pro Max and via a wired Ethernet connection, and both are giving pretty much the same results, so it doesn’t appear to be a Wi-Fi limitation.
The engineer mentioned it could take around 24 hours for everything to settle/stabilise, which reminded me of Openreach installs where speeds sometimes took a day or so to sort themselves out.
Has anyone else seen this with YouFibre/Netomnia? Did your speeds increase after a day or two, or is this likely a provisioning issue that I should raise with support?

Seen a few people posting some absolutely brilliant deals recently, but every account I’ve found is now deleted like they’ve gone into witness protection 😂
Can see the 1000 package is currently £28pm online, but in this economy I’m trying to save enough money for at least a Freddo and a meal deal.
Currently paying Vodafone/Openreach £37pm for occasional “have you tried turning it off and on again?” moments, so very tempted now YouFibre has gone live on our estate.
Surely there’s some secret handshake deals floating about 👀
