My managers didn't train me in self self check out until someone couldn't make it MONTHS LATER. I barely get self checkout roles, I have been told I do well as a cashier....but they seem to not let me do anything else BUT CASHIER. It's infuriating...people with way less time here get more self check out time than I do and more chances to cross train and even switch departments....does anyone have advice for what to do about this?
