Doctor’s appointment frequency?

Second time mom here, but it’s been 4.5 years since I had a newborn. How many doctor’s appointments is your newborn having? We had one 3 days after birth, a two week appointment, & then they didn’t schedule me again until the end of October when baby is 3 months. They told me they were just so booked up, but I thought there was at least a 1 month and 2 month checkup, or am I nuts??

Postpartum PreE After???

I was recently diagnosed with postpartum pree after 6 days delivery. I had a 12 hr mag drip done & was monitored for an additional 24 hours. My BP at the hospital this morning was 118/83, so I was able to leave. They didn’t give me any BP medicine to take at home, but told me to just monitor it & if it got high then I could be prescribed meds. I’m so anxious that something is going to happen to me & I know I probably shouldn’t have checked my BP as they told me to check before getting my day started, but it’s elevated now & I’m concerned.

What should I do?? I didn’t have the most commonly noticeable pree symptoms so I guess I just worry I’m going to miss it.

This year was one for the books. I’ve questioned my life choices everyday. Testing season was rough & just ended. What are you guys doing the rest of this month to ensure you don’t lose your mind more and neither do the students?
