I went to rayan traffic recently because there was an issue with the accident I registered. Like other traffic departments, i went to the token machine behind this police guy and he started shouting at me asking me why i went there. Then i tried explaining my problem and he asked me to do from metrash and literally to get out of the police station. When i told him i am not sure how to solve it through metrash he replied that i should be knowing it and again started shouting get out or I’ll throw you in jail. Then i had to go out and come back and try speaking to him multiple times till the actual receptionist came and advised what to do.

I came across this property which in documents is villa but have been used commercially. We believe we can use it commercially but can it be used for dine in restaurant? Will the permits be given? Where can i enquire about this before i rent or start the construction work?
