Dysautonmia

I’ve been off of klonopin for about 4 months now. I have been dealing with a ton of symptoms but recently I feel that I’ve developed dysautonmia. On my bad days I cannot even walk on a treadmill at low speed without getting chills and sweating and feeling faint and very sick. My heart rate also goes very high. This has happened to me in stores as well just while trying to walk around. Had anyone else developed an intolerance to literally walking?

Creatine supplementation

My doctor recommended supplementing with 10mg creatine to help my BIND. Has anyone else tried this? I am a little worried but my doctor seems to think it will help with some of my symptoms and make it more bearable. Also, do you think magnesium glycinate could be worsening symptoms? Is it safe to take with BIND? Thanks!

Confusion/Brain fog

Does anyone else deal with a type of brain fog that feels like mental slowness/confusion? I have trouble for example when I go to a doctor because I cannot remember/fully process what I am trying to say and I kind of blank out. It makes me feel anxious while it’s happening and it actually seems to be worse on zoom calls or over the phone.

3-4 month of benzos help

Anyone else experience this around 3–4 months off benzos?

I’m about 3.5 months off Klonopin after taking 1.5 mg daily for around 3 years.

I have had a pretty bad wave and then a small window where I felt a lot better and now have been stuck in a bad wave for the past week or so.

I’ve been dealing with:

Severe fatigue
Brain fog
Neck Tightness
Pelvic tension (cannot urinate during a cold sweat episode)
Restless legs when trying to sleep
Feeling mentally overwhelmed by even small tasks
Needing frequent naps
Cold sweats/night sweats (wake up 2/3 times needing to take showers to warm up from being so cold and shaking)
Feeling physically weak and drained
Hand tremors
Some anxiety, but the fatigue is honestly the worst symptom

Even if I rest or nap, I still feel exhausted afterward. Simple things like computer work, phone calls, errands, or household tasks can leave me feeling completely wiped out. After moving the laundry from the washer to the dryer, I needed to take a nap.

I’m wondering if anyone else experienced waves like this several months into recovery. Just looking to hear others’ experiences. Thank you!
